About the Blue & You Grant Cycles
Mini Grants
Blue & You Foundation mini grants of $1,000-$5,000 support 501c3 nonprofit organizations, government entities, churches, and public schools, colleges and universities applying for health initiatives. Applicants are only able to apply for one of the following categories per grant application:
- Emergency Medical Equipment
- AEDs
- Stop the Bleed Kits
- Narcan
- Maternal and Child Health
- Child Passenger Safety Seats
- Safe Sleeping Equipment
- Blood Pressure Cuffs
- Diapers
- Formula
- Transportation Assistance for Access to Care
- Food Pantry Support
- Healthy Proteins
- Healthy Fruits & Vegetables
- Dairy
- Whole Grains
- Healthy Fats
- Pantry Equipment
- Economic Stability or Health Classes
- Health Initiatives at a public school, college or university
- Calming Rooms
- Food Pantry Support
- Hygiene Products
- School Supplies
- Financial Literacy
- Preventative Programs
Mini grant applications open January 1 and the first day of each quarter throughout the year. Applications will be evaluated during the final month of each quarter.
Applications will be open during the months of January, February, April, May, July, August, October and November and notifications of approval or decline will be sent during the months of March, June, September, and December.
All applications will be evaluated based on the need and quality of the requests.
Apply for a Mini GrantBlue & You Foundation Grant Cycles
Blue & You Foundation grants of $25,000 – $250,000 are awarded to community partners committed to making the lives of Arkansans healthier. The Foundation offers three grant cycles focusing on the social determinants of health, maternal and child health, and behavioral health.
Applicants will be required to submit a letter of intent to the Blue & You Foundation prior to being selected for the application process.

Apply for a Blue & You GrantSpecial Grants
The Blue & You Foundation continues to provide additional support to behavioral health programs through special giving. In 2023, the Foundation invested nearly $6 million to programs addressing early intervention, increasing access to behavioral health care, normalizing conversations about mental health, preventing suicide, and supporting youth and adolescents experiencing substance use disorder. Special grants are not open for applications at this time.
