Maternal and Pediatric Health

Building on our more than 20 years of work to address maternal and pediatric health across Arkansas, the Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas is growing its efforts to improve the well-being of mothers and their children. The Foundation is currently identifying opportunities to have an even greater impact on Arkansas’ maternal and infant mortality rates. Since 2001, the Foundation has invested more than $7.6 million in community-based organizations, healthcare systems and educational institutions bringing much-needed services and resources to Arkansas families.

Over the next five years, the Blue and You Foundation will fund impactful solutions driving meaningful and lasting change that will save lives and strengthen women, children and families around the state for generations to come.

In 2024, the Foundation awarded $914,250 to nine programs working to address maternal and pediatric health disparities in the state of Arkansas.

• Ujima Maternity Network – $100,000
• University of Arkansas Foundation, Inc. (UAMS) – $200,000
